My cycle is irregular, can I take CONCEPTION?
Great question! In short, if your reproductive cycle is irregular, CONCEPTION has your name written all over it. In other words, CONCEPTION was formulated with women such as yourself in mind. That is, CONCEPTION was thoughtfully formulated for women who are trying to conceive (TTC), particularly those who have irregular cycles and/or have reason to believe they are experiencing hormonal imbalances, have difficulty ovulating, and/or have fertility issues.
Keep in mind, though, that CONCEPTION is intended for otherwise healthy women over the age of 18; along those lines, if you have any specific health concerns or medical-related questions, it’s always best to discuss with a trusted healthcare professional, who knows you and your health history.
We know it can be a process to find what works best for you. If you have any questions along the way, rest easy, we are here for you!

My cycle is regular, can I take CONCEPTION?
CONCEPTION is mainly formulated to help women with irregular cycles.
Along those lines, while women with regular cycles have taken CONCEPTION for HER and not experienced any changes in cycles, there are some women who have reported seeing a change in their regular cycles once they started taking CONCEPTION for HER. If you have a regular cycle and have no reason to believe you are experiencing hormonal imbalance, have difficulty ovulating, or have known fertility issues, you might consider using one of our products that does not contain botanicals (like Vitex), such as PRENATAL GLOW, as an everyday multivitamin.

But, as always, it is always best to work with your health care professional because each body is different.
Should I take CONCEPTION morning or night?
Should I take CONCEPTION morning or night?
This is a great, thoughtful question! Believe it or not, there is some research showing that certain vitamins (e.g., Riboflavin) may be better off taken in the morning, while the optimal timing for others (e.g., B6, Folate, Vitamin C, Vitamin E) may be in the evening. With that being said, many experts agree that, when it comes to supplements like CONCEPTION, it’s often less about the time of day and more about taking them with food and water. More specifically, it’s generally recommended that supplements like this be taken with your largest meal of the day, such as lunch or dinner, to aid with digestion and absorption. Having said that, perhaps most importantly, consistency is key, so see what works best for you.

How long will it take to see results?
How long will it take to see results?
This is such a great and important question; thank you very much for allowing us the opportunity to answer. Like many things in life, CONCEPTION takes time – and consistency – to work. While the ingredients will go to work right away to help support hormonal balance and fertility, we recommend taking CONCEPTION daily until you receive a positive pregnancy test. It is generally recommended that women who are trying to conceive (TTC) expect to take fertility supplements such as CONCEPTION for a minimum of three months before expecting a significant alteration in hormone balance, fertility, etc. As each woman is unique, results may vary, and along those lines, we cannot guarantee that a woman TTC will become pregnant within a set period of time after taking CONCEPTION.
Can I take it with other products?
Can I take it with other products?
CONCEPTION for HER is meant to be used by women who are TTC, and along those lines, it pairs particularly well with REGULATE CYCLE SUPPORT and CONCEPTION for HIM. Keep in mind, after all, that up to 50% of the time when couples struggle to conceive, a male factor is a contributing cause. In other words, make sure your mate is doing his part as well! As always, we recommend consulting with your health care practitioner before using this supplement with other products.
